We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or data handling by these independent providers.
Mergenta may offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.
All payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We do not store credit or debit card details.
You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan. Subscription charges may be recurring and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with our refund policy (if separately provided).

All intellectual property in Mergenta, including design, code, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to SNS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd.
Users retain ownership of content they create or upload but grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to process such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on Mergenta or its content without our prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for the text, data, files, or materials you submit or generate while using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, modify or discontinue any part of our services, temporarily or permanently, in the event of operational, technical, legal, security, financial, third-party dependency or other unforeseen circumstances that affect our ability to continue providing the services. We may also introduce, update, modify, suspend or remove certain platform features, AI models, integrations or functionalities from time to time as part of platform updates, maintenance, security measures, operational requirements or service improvements. Temporary interruptions, maintenance activities or service downtime may occasionally occur. Where reasonably possible, users will be informed in advance of any major service discontinuation or significant platform changes.
Users are encouraged to review our Documentation section to understand the AI models, feature availability, usage policies and operational guidelines applicable to the platform and its services. Certain features and AI capabilities may be subject to usage limits, fair usage policies, rate limits or quota restrictions depending on the subscribed plan. Usage limits, quotas, access levels and platform features may be revised, updated or adjusted periodically at our discretion to maintain service quality, platform stability, operational sustainability and overall user experience.
Mergenta allows eligible users to connect and use their own third-party AI provider API keys (“BYOK”) for supported platforms and models available within the Services. When a user enables BYOK: AI model usage charges associated with the connected provider account are billed directly by the respective third-party provider to the user Mergenta does not bear the underlying LLM/API usage cost associated with that connected provider key However, use of Mergenta’s platform infrastructure, orchestration systems and execution environment may still consume Platform Execution Credits Mergenta maintains two independent usage systems: 1. AI/API Credits AI/API Credits apply when users utilise platform-managed AI providers, models or APIs supplied directly by Mergenta. These credits may cover: LLM usage provider API costs platform-managed model execution supported third-party AI provider integrations When a user executes workflows using their own supported BYOK credentials, AI/API Credits are generally not consumed for those provider calls. 2. Platform Execution Credits Platform Execution Credits apply to the use of Mergenta’s execution infrastructure and platform intelligence systems regardless of whether BYOK is enabled. These credits may cover: orchestration agents workflows retrieval pipelines search infrastructure scraping systems ranking systems capability execution execution governance platform compute and coordination overhead Accordingly, BYOK may reduce overall platform usage costs but does not eliminate Platform Execution Credit consumption. Mergenta may apply different execution rates, usage policies, limits or multipliers depending on: subscription plan workflow complexity execution type orchestration intensity enabled capabilities platform policies Mergenta reserves the right to introduce: separate execution quotas top-up systems execution throttling fair usage protections plan-specific BYOK benefits enterprise execution policies to maintain platform stability, security, sustainability and service quality. Mergenta does not control and is not responsible for: third-party provider pricing provider outages provider policy changes provider billing disputes provider account limitations provider-side API restrictions associated with external BYOK accounts.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SNS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of Mergenta. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
