Welcome to Mergenta, a product operated by SNS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using Mergenta, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Mergenta provides users with AI-powered productivity, workflow automation, and content tools through integrated APIs and cloud infrastructure. The Services may include (but are not limited to):

Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy, which govern the use of their respective services. By using Mergenta, you acknowledge that data may be transmitted to and processed by these providers to enable platform functionality.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or data handling by these independent providers.
Mergenta may offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.
All payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We do not store credit or debit card details.
You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan. Subscription charges may be recurring and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with our refund policy (if separately provided).
We reserve the right to revise prices and plan features upon reasonable notice.
Plans include Build Credits and Execution Credits, and eligible plans may buy top-ups and use their own provider keys. These are described in Section 21.
All intellectual property in Mergenta, including design, code, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to SNS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd.
Users retain ownership of content they create or upload but grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to process such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on Mergenta or its content without our prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for the text, data, files, or materials you submit or generate while using the Services.

All integrations and essential data-sharing settings are enabled by default to ensure full platform functionality.
Users are encouraged to visit their preference or settings page to review and modify these options as desired. Continuing to use the Services with default settings active indicates your consent to data processing by the integrated service providers.
We aim to provide continuous and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance or updates.
We shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party failures, force majeure events, or technical limitations.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
While we strive for precision, outputs from AI systems (such as text, summaries, or responses) are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Users should independently verify important information before acting on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SNS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the preceding three months.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or notified to you by email.
All official communication regarding these Terms or related matters will occur via email at support@mergenta.ai. We do not maintain postal or phone contact channels at this time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, modify or discontinue any part of our services, temporarily or permanently, in the event of operational, technical, legal, security, financial, third-party dependency or other unforeseen circumstances that affect our ability to continue providing the services. We may also introduce, update, modify, suspend or remove certain platform features, AI models, integrations or functionalities from time to time as part of platform updates, maintenance, security measures, operational requirements or service improvements. Temporary interruptions, maintenance activities or service downtime may occasionally occur. Where reasonably possible, users will be informed in advance of any major service discontinuation or significant platform changes.
Users are encouraged to review our Documentation section to understand the AI models, feature availability, usage policies and operational guidelines applicable to the platform and its services. Certain features and AI capabilities may be subject to usage limits, fair usage policies, rate limits or quota restrictions depending on the subscribed plan. Usage limits, quotas, access levels and platform features may be revised, updated or adjusted periodically at our discretion to maintain service quality, platform stability, operational sustainability and overall user experience.
Mergenta uses two types of credits, shared across Mergenta Intelligence, Mergenta Agents and Mergenta Shop:
The number of credits a task uses depends on the work it involves, including the cost of the AI models and services used and a platform charge. Tasks that fail are not charged.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Build Credits and Execution Credits, renewed on your billing date. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month. To keep the service fair and protect your account, each plan also has a daily limit on how much of the monthly allowance can be used in a day.
When your credits for the day or the month are used, you may wait for them to renew, buy a top-up (where your plan allows), use your own keys (Section 21.5) or move to a higher plan. Mergenta may first measure usage without stopping any tasks and later apply these limits.
We may adjust credit allowances, the credits a task uses, daily limits, top-up amounts and eligible plans to reflect changes in costs, features or usage. Material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably possible. Credits already purchased keep their stated validity.
Eligible accounts may connect their own accounts with third-party providers by saving their own API keys (“BYOK”). Individual accounts on eligible plans may connect AI model providers; accounts with enterprise status may connect every supported provider, including services such as search and web page reading. Enterprise status is granted by Mergenta under a separate agreement and is not part of any plan.
You choose how your keys are used: Mergenta credits first (your keys are used automatically when your credits for the day or month are used), your keys first, or your keys only. You may pause or remove a key at any time.
AI calls made with your own key do not use Build Credits; service calls made with your own service key do not use Execution Credits for that service. Execution Credits continue to apply to running the work on Mergenta's platform.
Keys are stored encrypted as soon as you save them. After saving, only the last four characters are shown, to you and to Mergenta staff. Keys are used only by our servers, to carry out tasks you request, and are not sold, shared or written to logs. Removing a key deletes it from our store. If a provider refuses a key, we may pause it and ask you to replace it.
To carry out a task on your key, your provider receives the request, including Mergenta's instructions and your content, and may keep it in your provider account's records under its own terms. Mergenta's instructions, prompts and methods remain our confidential information and intellectual property: you agree not to copy, extract, publish, resell or use them to build a competing service.
Results made with your own AI model are marked “Made with your AI model”. Because your model has not been tested by Mergenta, results may differ in quality, format or accuracy, and are provided as-is without any warranty. Where your model cannot perform a task or returns an unusable result, Mergenta may complete the task with its own models using your credits, unless you have chosen to use your keys only.
Accounts with enterprise status may connect their own AI service at a custom address that follows a supported format. Each address must be approved by Mergenta before use and may be refused or withdrawn at any time for security reasons. You confirm that you are authorised to use any service you connect.
Mergenta does not control and is not responsible for third-party providers' pricing, availability, outages, policy changes, billing disputes, account limits or restrictions, whether you use Mergenta's credits or your own keys.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SNS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of Mergenta. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
